I would like to cancel my order. What should I do?
Once your order has been placed and you receive a confirmation email with a confirmed order number. We do not offer cancellations or refunds.
Please take note of the following policy: We do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. All sale items are final sale. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or lack of acknowledgment of our shipping policies.
If you need to change your order details due to a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@ondisteam.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
How do I exchange my order?
You have a seven-day window from the date of purchase to submit your exchange. We do not offer refunds. Items purchased on sale are "Final Sale".
All items must be in their original condition, tags attached and unaltered. We offer one exchange or store credit. To process an exchange please contact us at support@ondisteam.com. You will be charged for shipping to return your item(s) to us and any addtional fees for order modifications.
My item(s) arrived damaged/defective, what do I do?
Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To process an exchange please contact us at support@ondisteam.com.
Do you offer refunds?
