How long does processing take?
Processing takes up to 10 business days for all orders during normal order times. Tracking numbers are sent via email confirmation on the day of shipping.

How do I exchange my order?
You have a seven-day window from the date of purchase to submit your exchange. We do not offer refunds. Items purchased on sale are "Final Sale".
All items must be in their original condition, tags attached and unaltered. We offer one exchange or store credit. To process an exchange please contact us at support@ondisteam.com. You will be charged for shipping to return your item(s) to us and any addtional fees for order modifications.
